LoveyDovey AI Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, subscribing or using any part of LoveyDovey AI you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Definitions

"Service" means the LoveyDovey AI website and companion chat. "Member" means a registered user. "Companion" means a fictional character you talk to. "Content" means text, images and audio exchanged in the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Access is prohibited where local law forbids adult companion services.

4. Registration

Provide accurate information when you register and keep it current. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Account security

You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Nature of the service

LoveyDovey AI provides entertainment conversation with fictional characters. Replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable for any practical decision.

7. Companion characters

Every companion, including the profile pictures shown on the site, is fictional and does not represent a real individual. No statement made by a companion should be treated as a fact about a real person.

8. Free access

Free features are offered as they are and may be limited, changed or withdrawn. Usage allowances protect the service from abuse and may be adjusted.

9. Subscriptions

Paid plans unlock the features listed on the plans section of the site. Access begins once payment is confirmed by our provider.

10. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.

11. Cancellation

Cancel at any time from the billing screen in your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the paid period ends.

12. Refunds

Charges are generally non-refundable once the period has started, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise or where a technical fault prevented you from using the service. Billing complaints must be raised within 14 days of the charge.

13. Price changes

We may change prices for future periods. Members are notified at least 14 days before a new price applies and may cancel before it takes effect.

14. Taxes

Prices may exclude local taxes. Any tax legally due on your purchase is added at checkout or charged as required by your jurisdiction.

15. Acceptable use

• Use LoveyDovey AI only for lawful personal purposes.
• Do not resell, sublicense or share account access.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer or automate access to the service.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, filters or payment.
• Do not interfere with the security or availability of the service.

16. Prohibited content

Content involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable people presented sexually, violence, trafficking, extremism or any other illegal subject is strictly forbidden and results in immediate termination and, where required, a report to the authorities.

17. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant LoveyDovey AI a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the service, generate replies and maintain safety.

18. Our content

The LoveyDovey AI name, logo, design, text, characters and images are protected by intellectual property law and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

19. Feedback

Suggestions you send us may be used freely and without compensation to improve LoveyDovey AI.

20. Moderation and suspension

We may review flagged content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Serious breaches take effect immediately without refund.

21. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, updates, provider incidents and events beyond our control may interrupt access.

22. Third-party services

Payments, hosting and delivery rely on third parties governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

23. No professional advice

Nothing generated by a companion is medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. In an emergency contact the appropriate professional or local emergency service.

24. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent the law allows.

25. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LoveyDovey AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

26. Indemnity

You agree to hold LoveyDovey AI harmless against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.

27. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate this agreement for breach, for legal reasons, or if the service is discontinued, with notice where practical.

28. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LoveyDovey AI is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes are resolved first by direct negotiation and then before the competent courts.

29. Changes to these terms

Updated terms are published on this page with a new date. Continued use after the change means you accept the revised version.
